Discussion Question:

Ahmed is a seven months old baby; whenever he hears the loud noises he becomes frightened and starts weeping bitterly. What do you think, is Ahmed’s response of getting frightened innate or conditioned? Justify your opinion!

Babies are innately frightened by a loud noise. Fear ov loud noises, monsters, strangers, or other objects and events iz a natural part of childhood. A part of normal development, being afraid is a sign that he's gaining awareness of the world and trying to make sense of it. Newborns have two fears, loud noises and falling. Babies brains and nerves grow rapidly in the first two years of life, but they are born with very immature nervous systems. dis means that they cannot interpret or handle certain sensory input like loud noises or the feeling of falling. We know all those loud noises but we ignore them, like a plane but it frightens a baby. And the only way he can show he hears it iz by doing something physical, like raising his arms Or ov course, crying.
